- Dr. Moonhyung Jang (Advisor: Professor Youngcheol Chae), who graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Yonsei University, has been appointed as a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS), a world-renowned university (8th in QS World University Rankings). Dr. Jang received his B.S. degree (14) and Ph.D. degree (21) at Yonsei University. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University until 2024, and was appointed as an assistant professor at NUS in August of the same year. Dr. Jang is an expert in mixed-signal IC design, and has attracted worldwide attention for his research on data converters and next-generation BCI.

- Prof. Myung-Jae Lee joined Yonsei EE as an Associate Professor in Sep. 2024. His research areas range from photodiodes/photodetectors to single-photon detectors/sensors (e.g., single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD), silicon photomultiplier (SiPM)), along with their applications (e.g., LiDAR/ToF, biomedical, quantum, space, safety/security, silicon photonics, optical I/O, etc.). Prof. Lee has published 120+ papers in international journals and conferences. He holds 30+ patents and has received 20+ awards/honors including Minister's Awards. He has delivered 50+ invited talks, has been working as a technical advisor for various domestic & foreign companies, and has been serving as a (steering/organizing) committee member of several conferences(International SPAD Sensor Workshop, Photonics Conference, Korean Conference on Semiconductors, etc.).
