- Prof. Chae’s paper, “A 0.033-mm2 21.5-aF to 114.9-aF Resolution Continuous-Time Capacitance-to-Digital Converter Achieving Parasitic Capacitance Immunity Up to 480 pF”, has been published in IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), one of the most highly-ranked journals in ‘Integrated Circuits Design’ field (Impact Factor 6.12). This work was led by Hyeyeon Lee (Ph.D. Candidate) as the first author and Prof. Youngcheol Chae as the corresponding author. Also, prof. Inhee Lee in University of Pittsburgh participated in this study.

- Prof. Hwang’s one paper won Magma Cum Laude in International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine Annual Meeting (ISMRM 2022) (the world's best MRI conference) In this study, The research team developed a transformer-based network suitable for Alzheimer's disease properties and successfully visualized dementia related abnormalities. This work was led by Jinseong Jang (Ph.D. course student) and Prof. Dosik Hwang as the corresponding author.

- Team Yonsei (Prof. Chae, Ahn, and Kang) got a funding on “Brain to X project for speechless communication” from MOTIE’
- Team Yonsei (Professor Youngcheol Chae, Jong-Hyun Ahn and Hon-Goo Kang) got a research funding from The Alchemist program of The Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy (MOTIE) about the “Brain to X project for speechless communication”. The total amount of funding is about 21.5 billion won, and 4.7 billion won will be used for Team Yonsei's work. The project is developing innovative technologies that enable control, communication and recognition of brain signals based on a closed-loop neural interface that can control external devices or communicate with others just by thinking.

- Professor Tae-Wook Kim's research team, research on Wireless IR-UWB Transceiver Published in 2022 IEEE Journal of Solid-
- Professor Kim Tae-wook's research team at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering conducted a study on Wireless IR-UWB transceivers capable of Gbps, ultra-low power, and short-range communication using E-MPPM, a newly proposed modulation technique. And this study was published and approved in the IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), a famous journal in the field of semiconductor design. This study showed the best energy efficiency in IR-UWB communication research. This study was led by Professor Tae-Wook Kim (corresponding author) and Geun-Haeng Lee (first author) of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with the participation of Jun-Young Jang (second author) of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Professor Ji-Hoon Kim of Ewha Womans University.

- Prof. Hyun Jae Kim’s Research Team Published a Paper In Advanced Optical Materials (IF = 9.926, JCR = Top 5.65%)
- Prof. Hyun Jae Kim’s research team reported fabrication of long-term memory enhanced oxide-based optical synaptic transistor in Advanced Optical Materials. In this study the optical synaptic transistor was fabricated by inserting oxide-mesh and insulator inside the channel layer to enable the detection of the visible light and to enhance synaptic behaviors. This study is expected to broaden the span of the applications of optical synapses used for future technologies. This research was guided by Prof. Hyun Jae Kim (contact author) and led by graduate student Dongwoo Kim (first author).
