Prof. Min’s research team (MICS) proposed a Butler matrix-based 4×1 array switched beamformer supporting uniform EIRP beams for 5G mobile devices. In recognition of its excellence, this paper won the ministerial award at 2024 student paper contest in the field of radio waves on November 20, 2024.
